NÜ Strength Wellness

More than one way to feel strong.

Some people will find NÜ because they want to train. Some will be visiting Manitoba and looking for an outdoor experience. Others may be rebuilding energy, improving nutrition or simply looking for more ways to feel well. NÜ brings those pieces together without forcing everyone into the same box.

About Racheal

Built from a life already in motion.

I’ve been a gym regular since my early 20s — more than 20 years of learning what strength can do for the way you move, age, recover and live.

About 10 years ago, after going through some difficult things in life, I felt pulled toward something I honestly wasn’t sure I could do: solo hike. My first one was Grey Owl in Riding Mountain National Park. I was terrified. I did it anyway — and I never looked back.

Since then, I’ve hiked just about every trail in Riding Mountain National Park, become extremely familiar with trails throughout my region, and hiked parts of the Trans Canada Trail. I’ve always loved being outside — hiking, paddling, kayaking and finding new places to explore.

NÜ grew out of all of it: strength, the outdoors, nutrition, resilience and learning to adjust when life asks something different of you.

Nutrition is part of that too. Living gluten- and dairy-free has made me very intentional about what I eat and how I fuel an active life. NÜ is not one program for one kind of person — it’s a place where those pieces can meet.

Strength + Movement

Training should support the life you actually live.

Strength has always been a major part of my life. The goal is not to live for the gym — it is to build a body that supports work, family, hiking, travel, recreation and whatever your version of adventure looks like.

NÜ training can happen in different settings and communities, with programming shaped around the person in front of me rather than forcing everyone into one method.

Strong enough for the gym. Capable enough for the trail. Well enough to enjoy the life in between.
